Law Enforcement Concerned About Three Strikes Law

Thousands criminals will soon be released onto the California streets, because of the recent election. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal, the President of the State Sheriff’s Association, says the passage of Proposition 36  makes changes to the Three Strikes Law and will allow four thousand criminals to be returned to the community.
