Lawsuit Against Marijuana Ordinance Delayed

The attorney for  the group  filing suit to stop Nevada County’s new Medical Marijuana Ordinance was in court June 14th  expecting the county to produce records of complaints about marijuana grows in Nevada County.  Attorney Jeffrey Lake is handling the case on behalf of Americans For Safe Access, Nevada Count Chapter.   ASA Nevada County President Patricia Smith says both sides in the case have  requested more time.

Smith says the court date has been pushed back to the end of July.
