League of Women Voters- Employability Seminar

In an effort to raise awareness of career technical education opportunities in local education agencies the League of Women Voters is hosting a panel discussion of local educators on Saturday January 12. League of Women Voter Program Coordinator, Polly Bacich, says this discussion is follow-up to an education forum the League hosted in November.

The program will feature Sierra College and Regional Opportunity Program offerings.

The high school district is unable to particapte due to scheduling conflicts. The League is including the OneStop Career and Business Center in order to share what other skills and resources job seekers should develop inorder to increase employability.

The panel discussion will take place at the Peace Lutheran Church, 828 West Main Street in Grass Valley beginning at 9:30AM with refreshments.
