Learn About Tree Health Tuesday Evening

A forester with Sierra Pacific Industries says you can tell a lot about a tree’s health if you pay attention to their  shape, color, and how much water they are retaining.  Robert Ingram is an engaging speaker and  licensed professional forester with S-P-I,  and has prepared a power point presentation that he will present tomorrow evening (2-5) in a seminar hosted by the Nevada County Resource Conservation District.

Ingram says Bark Beetles are still a prolific pest  to trees in the county, and last year Tent Caterpillars were a problem for Madrone trees.
