Gary Barnes is the organizer of the event, which will be at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Barnes says local first responders, including police, fire, and military will be honored guests. There will be a special National Anthem singer, which has not been announced, and a flag-raising ceremony…

Barnes says the ceremony will begin promptly at 10am. The gates open at 8.
