Legitimate Chain Installers To Be More Visible

Whitmore says chain installers who are tested and certified have, in the past, also worn reflective vests, with a bib number, but can still be difficult to make out as legitimate, during a snow storm. So the large, reflective signs will soon be posted at their stations, hopefully by Thanksgiving weekend, when snow is also predicted. The signs will also include the phrase “receipt upon request”. And Whitmore says weather is also why it’s difficult to cite or remove bogus installers…
