Levine Steps Up as New Grass Valley Mayor

It was an evening of ceremony and celebration in Grass Valley with the installation of a new mayor. Howard Levine gets the gavel for the next two years, succeeding Jason Fouyer who slides down the dais to a regular seat on the council. Levine and council members Lisa Swarthout and Jan Arbuckle also took the oath of office after being appointed to new four-year terms. Swarthout was elected Vice Mayor.
