First off, I want to thank Art and the whole gang at Art’s Cedar Ridge for the great work they did on my car.  Now, if they could only do something about the overall age and accumulated mileage on my car!

Outstanding customer service is really something that we take for granted living and working in our great community.  How generally nice people are day to day.  People in our community are willing to go the extra mile to help one an other, and that’s not always the case elsewhere.  Art drove me to work a couple days, and even let me borrow his own car on another day while my car was in the shop.   I know Art’s isn’t the only shop that takes care of their customers this way, most in town will.  But when compared to shops in other towns, it’s pretty rare.

I want everyone to take a second and think about how lucky we are to live in a community that works this way.  Sometimes, we are too busy living our lives without taking a second to appreciate how good we have it.  My advise for the day, pause – and admit to yourself, how good you have it.
