Lightning Strikes Tahoe National Forest

The Tahoe National Forest has received more lightning strikes resulting in fire. Spokesperson Ann Westling says their firefighters are responding.

Westing says the forest service is expecting to see additional lightning  activity  both east and west of the Sierra Crest today and they are hoping for a bit more precipitation to accompany those thunderstorms.
