Literally All Jammed Up

Nevada County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the North San Juan area about 5 pm  Thursday evening to check on a subject who was causing a disturbance. Sheriff Keith Royal says when deputies arrived they made contact with a 36 year old Jeff Garcia.

The deputies placed handcuffs on Garcia and placed him in the back of the patrol car.

window-crasherParamedics were called and had to administer a tranquilizer to Garcia before he could be removed from the window.   He was placed in another patrol car and taken to the hospital before being booked into the Wayne Brown correctional facility. Garcia  was charged with felony vandalism because of the extensive damage to the patrol car, being under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
