Every November, the little twinkly lights start popping up and everything looks so pretty. Little twinkly light are always my favorite. Having grown up where there are icicles for months at a time, the lights I see always make me think of my childhood. All that is fine and well in November and December, but here it is May and I am being haunted by a different little light.
The dreaded Check Engine Light! (If John Williams were writing the score of my life, this is where he would insert something in a minor key played by the bass end of the orchestra, heavy on the brass instraments) The little twinkling light that has come to spread it’s own brand of joy and happiness.
No we wait, the technicians have all the power now. For some reason I feel the need to build a shrine out of old oil cans and sacrifice an old oil filter…..
