Locked Out Tenant Breaks Window Pulls Fire Alarm

A tenant at the Nevada City Inn on Zion Street thought it was a good idea to break a window and set off an alarm to get the managers attention early Sunday morning. According to Nevada City Police Officer Scott Goin, Nevada City Police and Fire personnel responded to an alarm that was activated around 3:30 AM. Upon arrival police located an interesting subject, Clint Anderson age 26.

A that point the officer began an investigation in to what actually had happened.

When that didn’t work, Anderson escalated his behavior.

Both fire and police responded to the alarm which rang as a potential commercial fire at the Inn.

Anderson was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
