Loitering Leads to Contact which Leads to Arrest

Tuesday night just after 9:00 PM a subject was loitering in the Safeway Parking lot in downtown Grass Valley. A Grass Valley police officer made contact with Patrick Doorley 46 of Grass Valley and discovered he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Sgt Steve Johnson says the officer searched Doorley subsequent to taking him into custody.

Doorley was booked in the Nevada County Jail for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, and the probation violation.
