Lost Dog Found Thousands of Miles From Home

A concerned citizen south of Grass Valley on Garden Bar Road found a young black lab on Friday. The couple who found the dog tried to locate its owner, but none of the neighbors claimed her. So the couple called KNCO’s Pet Patrol and also contacted Sammies Friends.  Monday morning the shelter realized she had a microchip;  and what happened next is amazing.*

Because of a special circumstances, a family member is flying out Tuesday to pick up Taylor.
The circumstance- one of her owners is being deployed to Afghanistan this weekend- so the family will be reunited and spend time together before he leaves the country.
