A party in Grass Valley ends with a physical confrontation with law enforcement and an arrest late Saturday night. Officers were first called to the party because of reports of loud behavior.
Grass Valley Police Lt. Alex Gammelgard says the party initially did turn the volume down but over time it again became louder.
However, Munds was not cooperative with officers.
24 year old Keagan Munds was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility for felony obstruction and resisting arrest, along with battery of a law enforcement officer. 20 year old Jeremiah Prinz was also arrested for obstructing a peace officer.
