Evacuation Advisories Could Be Lifted Today

The Lowell Fire is now listed as 60 percent contained, with acreage holding at 2303. They’ve also drastically reduced the number of structures threatened from over 15-hundred, down to 54. One outbuilding has been destroyed. The number of personnel on the blaze has also been reduced to under two-thousand.
