Major Revisions To Nevada City Pot Ordinance

So the Commission has approved screening from the public right-of-way, with a 20-foot setback, and secured, enclosed fencing, to limit exposure to minors. Growing areas would also be limited to no more than 25 square feet, indoors or outdoors. The revised ordinance has been sent to the City Council.
