Male Voice Choir Spring concert

The Grass Valley Male Voice Choir, under the direction of Eleanor Kenitzer, has been a Nevada County mainstay since 1997. Kenitzer says they formed after the local Cornish Choir visited Cornwall, England.

42 members now make up the all male voice choir and Kenitzer says their spring concert this Sunday, April 22nd will bring back the songs of Broadway as it was so popular with the audience last year. The Choir is also dedicated to supporting Nevada county non-profits and shares its ticket revenues with worthy local groups.

Tickets are $15 and the performance is at Sierra Presbyterian Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock.
