Man Arrested For Attacking Neighbor

Grass Valley Police have arrested a man who reportedly attacked one of his neighbors, and then took off. Officer Colin Nelson says they got the call shortly after 2 o’clock this morning (Tuesday)…

36 year-old Jesse Smith was located a short time later, near McCourtney and Allison Ranch Roads…

Smith was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on two felony and three misdemeanor charges.
