Man Arrested for Burning Papers in Post Office

A man with no place to go on Christmas found himself in the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility. After several contacts with the Grass Valley Police on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 39 year old Eric Hassan-Babin, was eventually taken in to custody just after 10 :00 PM Christmas Night.

Upon arrival the officers saw that the subject was participating in unsafe activities and questioned Mr. Babin.

Babin was taken into custody for arson and was booked into the county jail.
