Man Arrested for Marijuana Transportation for Sale

Nevada County sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force arrested a Grass Valley man Wednesday evening after they obtained information he was in possession of Marijuana for sale. Nevada County Sheriff’s Lt. John Kropp says  28 year old Brian Allen Scott  was stopped near the Chevron Station on  South Auburn Street in  Grass Valley driving a vehicle that had been rented from Utah. Officers detected a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the car.

The indoor garden contained 24 plants and the outdoor garden contained 52 plants.  It’s believed Scott was transporting the marijuana to Utah for sale.
