The suspect was identified as 32-year-old Justin Pelt. Johnson says officers also found a meth pipe and a small amount of marijuana inside Pelt’s clothing. He says a mattress Pelt had been sleeping on and the dairy crates it was on were determined to be stolen. Pelt is facing four felony charges related to burglary and possession of stolen property, along with eight misdemeanors, including for drugs and paraphenalia.
