A Grass Valley Man wanted on a $100-thousand dollar Felony Warrant was apprehended Thursday by Grass Valley Police. Sgt. Alex Gammelgard says 19 year old Jordan Alexander Rose was spotted as a passenger in a vehicle.
At first Rose gave the officers a false name but Sgt. Gammelgard says Rose was positively identified by his tattoo markings. Rose was wanted on the $100,000 warrant for failure to appear on felony charges stemming from an incident that occurred on June 14th , when Nevada County Sheriff’s Deputies trailed him from Lake of the Pines through south county and onto the Darkhorse Golf Course, where Rose eventually lost control of his vehicle on one of the greens and was taken into custody. Rose faces charges of Robbery and Felony evading of an officer in the June 14th incident, and additional charges of giving false ID to an officer.
