Man Arrested on Child Assault Charges

A Grass Valley man was taken into custody on child sexual assault charges  following a preliminary hearing in Nevada County Superior Court Thursday.   Nevada County Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Ow   says 63 year old Larry Howard Marlow was held to answer on five Felony  counts .

The alleged abuse occurred between January of 2006 and August of 2011.  Marlow, who listed his occupation as a plumber  at booking, was taken into custody on $150,000 bail.   A court date was set for November 2nd for arraignment.
