Man Trapped Under Tree

The Ophir Hill Fire Department responded to a man trapped under a tree on Highland Drive off Rattlesnake Road southeast of Grass Valley just after 3:30. Battalion Chief Clint Carson says that the man was working on a large oak tree when the incident occurred.

The Chief reports moderate to severe injuries to the lower extremities and an air transport was requested for transport to Roseville Medical Center.
