Matteoni says Mock has been arrested 18 times, just by Grass Valley Police, this year and last year, mostly for theft and drug possession. And that’s why bail was set at $100,000. Mock has been charged in the latest incident with one felony count of robbery, since he had a knife. He’s also been arrested on a misdemeanor charge for the knife possession.
