MannaFest to Benefit Local Groups

In an attempt to help bring unity to the Nevada County community, support for a charter school, and support for 12 other community based organizations, MannaFest takes place September 9 at Gateway Park in Penn Valley. Manna Fest, sponsored by the Unity 1 Productions, brings people, vendors, musicians, and artists together to benefit good causes across the county. MannaFest spokesperson Mary Padua (PAD u wa) says many organizations will benefit from the event.

MannaFest runs from 10am -10pm on Sunday, September 9, and will feature music from Mumbo Gumbo, Justin Ancheta and five other bands as well as hands on activities, food, and fun for people of all ages.
