An officer located the Suburban hidden behind some trees and the ignition had been completely dismantled. ┬áLt.┬áJohnson says that’s most likely how Wilson was able to start the vehicle and take it. Officers located Wilson in the transient camp a few yards from the Suburban, and he was arrested for Vehicle Theft and Receiving known stolen property.
