An officer located the Suburban hidden behind some trees and the ignition had been completely dismantled. Lt. Johnson says that’s most likely how Wilson was able to start the vehicle and take it. Officers located Wilson in the transient camp a few yards from the Suburban, and he was arrested for Vehicle Theft and Receiving known stolen property.
