Steele says it’s not known if the plants belonged to the two suspects or were stolen. There are no theft charges at this time, but 25-year-old Kimberly Morrison of Camptonville and 30-year-old Cesar Cuellar of San Diego are charged with transportation and selling. Morrison was also arrested for possession of unspecified contraband at the jail.
