Medical Facilities to Run Emergency Drill

If you do visit either Sierra Nevada or Tahoe Forest Hospital, or one of the clinics such as Chappa De, Sierra Family, or Miners, those facilities will have signs on the front door saying there is a drill in progress. You may also see some personel acting strangely…

Long term care facilities will also participate, but no private doctor’s offices. Carter says it’s difficult to do these exercises while facilities are open, but still necessary to do from time to time.
