El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office took the report of a missing female at risk identified.  The missing person is 20 year old Elise Hays.  Elise has a developmental disorder and has only physically and mentally developed to the age of 12.  Elise left her residence in Pollock Pines on 07/06/13 at approximately 0700 hours.  She is possibly in the South Lake Tahoe area.  Elise has been known to take up residency with homeless subjects in the past.  

Elise is a white female, 4’6″ tall, 80 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.  Refer to the below photos.  Please call 911 if you see Elise, or contact Detective Troy Morton if you have information regarding her whereabouts 530-642-4712.
