Missing Yuba County Man Arrested in GV

A missing Yuba County man is in custody in Nevada County for drug related charges. Grass Valley Police Sgt Alex Gammelgard said a police officer was following a gold colored sedan fail to signal while making a turn from Hughes Road onto East Main Street Wednesday evening. Gammelgard says the officer initiated a traffic stop and discovered the driver Rocklin Duncan,26, was driving on a suspended license .

While processing Duncan it was also discovered that he had been reported as missing in Yuba County on June 26. He has since been removed from the missing persons database. Duncan was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
