Mom in custody matter arrested when she won’t turn over daughter

A 26-year-old Grass Valley woman was arrested at the Nevada County Courthouse on suspicion of parental concealment of a child after she allegedly refused to turn over her 2-year-old daughter to the father after being directed to do so in a custody hearing.
Lt. Steven Tripp of the Nevada County Sheriff’s Department details what happened Tuesday.
