More Scams Hit the County

Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal is warning residents of two more phone scams hitting the area. One scam is new. The second has been around for a while.

Royal says if you have questions about a potential warrant call his office. Do not send money.

The second scam is an old lottery scheme involving the Canadian lottery.

Royal wants everyone to be aware of these scams in order to protect yourself and not become a victim.
