Morning Accident on 49 Near Yuba River

A somewhat weather related rollover accident Thursday morning on Highway 49 near the Yuba River. According to CHP Officer Justin Barnthouse, the first report of the accident came in around 7:40 AM. There were several factors that lead to the incident involving a Toyota pick-up truck.
