Motorcycle Legislative Watchdog Group Calls for Rider Safety

May is Motorcycle Awareness Month  and ABATE of California would like you to know that nearly 80% of all motorcycle mishaps involve another vehicle, and the other vehicle causes 8 out of 10 of the accidents. They are asking for  your help to change these statistics.  ABATE Nevada County Chapter President, Craig Griswold says Please drive aware.

Griswold says ABATE stands for American Brotherhood Aimed Towards Education.   One of their primary missions is to monitor legislation in Sacramento for any type of laws or regulations that affect the motorcycle industry.

Griswold says Rider Safety is another key mission for ABATE, and asks that  motorists care enough to Safely share the road with motorcycles.
