Motorcycle Rear-ends Truck in Penn Valley

A couple riding a Harley Davidson rear-ended a pickup on Pleasant Valley Road, on Saturday. CHP Public Information Officer Greg Tassone says the accident happened near Pine Shadow Lane when the 57 year old male driver of a Chevrolet had to come to a stop. The rider and passenger of the motorcycle behind the pickup were not able to stop and rear ended the pickup.

Both people on the motorcycle were taken to Sierra Nevada Hospital for treatment. Officer Tassone says the driver of the pickup was not injured.
