Miller says both eastbound lanes on the grade were shut down for a couple of hours, with one of the 2 lanes opening by around 4pm. Miller says he believes the occupants of the motorhome, which was a total loss, were from Oregon. But he says they also towing another vehicle that they were able to save and use.
