Mulch Magic Giveaway Will Save Water

Even though we’ve finally had above-average precipitation this winter, conservation is still being encouraged. So beginning Friday, which is also April 1st, what’s called a “Mulch Magic Giveaway” is being offered through the Nevada Irrigation District and Nevada County Resource Conservation District. Vouchers will be available through June 30th, or while they last. They can be picked up at either the NID office, at 1036 West Main Street or the Resource Conservation District Office, at 113 Presley Way, both in Grass Valley.
