Multiple Suspects Arrested at Same Address

Sheriff’s deputies visiting a residence in the Lake of the Pines area to serve arrest warrants on two subjects ended up taking a number of other people to jail. Tuesday night, officers arrived at a Rosewood Rd address to find a number of people other than the woman they were serving warrants. Sheriff Keith Royal says the officers made contact with 52 year old John Lemas and 40 year old Vicki Moman. Lemas was on probation from Placer County with search terms.

Upon further searching they discovered Lemas was in violation of terms of his probation.

The child was released to Child Protective Services and child endangerment charges were added to both Lemas’s and Moman’s offenses.
In addition two other people at the residence, 38 year old Kimberly Burnam and 45 year old Michael weaver were arrested for dug related charges.
