Murder Suspect Waives Extradition From Nevada

In regard to the misdemeanor charge, Newell says Desiree Hayden is accused of hitting her ex-husband, Brian Sharp, in the chin, when he held onto her car keys because he believed she was too intoxicated. Meanwhile, the cause of Sharp’s death has not been determined yet. Police have previously stated that there was no obvious indication of trauma to the body, and no gun or knife was used…
