Newell says Tackett had asked Schuller to move out of his Banner View home, where Schuller had been staying for awhile, in March of last year. That’s when Schuller allegedly shot and killed Tackett and set the body on fire. He then allegedly led authorities on a 3-county vehicle pursuit before his arrest. The trial is still scheduled to begin on November 28th.
