The Bicycle Master Plan presentation focused on the Grass Valley element of the plan which including expansion of few Class 1 bicycle/pedestrian pathways as well as Class 2 routes which include a striped bike lane and posted signs. A majority of recommendations include Class 3 improvements which are shared use shoulders without a bicycle lane but with posted bicycle path signs .

Police Chief John Foster presented small revisions of the downtown noise ordinance including allowing outside patio music late nights on weekdays and weekends, with a permit. Previously music was not allowed at outside patio venues on Sunday or holidays.
