National Forest Closures Extended Indefinitely

With no significant improvement in fire conditions, the closures of all 18 National Forests in California have been extended indefinitely. The Forest Service says the order will be re-evaluated daily, as conditions change. That includes the Tahoe National Forest, where all lands, roads, trails, and campgrounds are closed.
