NC Landowner to Invoke No Trespassing Laws

People making drugs on Nevada City land – and people trespassing there – face arrest, says the manager of the business that owns the property off Coyote Street and Highway 49.
Kriss Halpern says notices posted around the 150 acres echo his frustrations.

The notices went up about a month ago and arrest enforcement began October 1.
