The victim later identified one of the suspects as his neighbor, Eliseo Perez-Montalvo. Deputies contacted the residence and spoke with Perez-Montalvo’s mother who convinced her son to contact the sheriff’s office. The suspect did go down to the sheriff’s office and was interviewed which eventually led to his arrest for battery.
