The victim later identified one of the suspects as his neighbor, Eliseo Perez-Montalvo. Deputies contacted the residence and spoke with Perez-Montalvo’s mother who convinced her son to contact the sheriff’s office. The suspect did go down to the sheriff’s office and was interviewed which eventually led to his arrest for battery. The incident remains under investigation while the other two suspects are being identified and the extent of their participation in the incident.
