And a story for the birds.. or at least
for Nevada County residents that are looking for ways to attract local birds to their property. The Nevada County Resources Conservation District has a new supply of nesting boxes for a variety of birds and bats available for purchase. Coordinator Sabrina Nicholson says there are different sized boxes depending on the bird you are trying to attract.

Each nesting box comes with a fact sheet about the bird to help you decide the best place to put it.

There are also plans available for those who want to build their own boxes.
