The Planning Commission will discuss a proposed ordinance, and possibly make revisions before sending it back to the City Council, likely in January. Nevada County has a medical marijuana ordinance, but it only governs unincorporated areas of the county. Grass Valley does not have a marijuana ordinance in place, but is planning to discuss one in January.
