NEVADA CITY– Eleven new members were elected to two year terms of office for the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.   They were elected by the Chamber’s general membership.

Returning to office are incumbent, Tom Coleman  – National Hotel, Gary Tintle – Tintle Inc., Barbara Tanner – Friend of the Chamber,  Paul Sieving – Macleod Sierra Realty and Melinda Solis Day – Nevada City Self Storage.   Joining the Board are: Matthew Margulies – Matteo’s Public, Carla Bonetti – The Dog House,  Jim Harte– Ol’ Republic, Linda Hansen– Nevada City Chocolate Shoppe,  Hamilton Bryan – Friend of the Chamber and Teresa Berliner Mann – JJ Jackson’s.  

Directors continuing into the second year of their two-year terms are:  Valerie Moberg – Broad Street Inn,  Mike Byrne – The Willo,  Peggy Peterson – Asylum Down & Yabobo, John Cammack – Lefty’s Grill, Kim Coughlan – Novak’s Menswear & Lady Pendleton,   Dave Iorns – Nevada City Crystal & Glass and  Non-Voting City Liaison – David Brennan, City Manager.

Officers and Directors will be installed and the Chamber’s special recognition awards will be presented at the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce 112th Annual Installation and Awards Dinner on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Miners Foundry.
