Prestwich says other challenges include increased litigation costs in a pending lawsuit about bed-and-breakfast operations, and trying to hire additional firefighters to staff the city’s only fire station. City officials are holding a budget workshop tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 10 o’clock. The final budget is expected to be presented to the City Council for approval June 24.
